Shipping policy
- Shipping is free on every subscription delivery (Subscribe & Save).
- One-time orders pay a flat $5.95 for shipping per order, whether you order 1, 3 or 6 packs.
- We ship to addresses in the 50 US states and Washington, DC. We can't ship to US territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at the moment.
- Orders leave our partner warehouse within 1–3 business days and arrive 5–10 business days after you order.
- When your order ships, you get an email with the tracking number. If it can't ship within 3 business days, we email you a new date, and you can cancel for a full refund.
- If your order has not arrived after 10 business days, or tracking shows a problem, email support@luvarelle.co and we will look into it.
