Privacy

• Card details are entered in a secure form from our payment provider Stripe. They go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers.
• We use your email, phone (if you give one) and shipping address to process, ship and support your order. Our order system and our fulfillment partner receive your shipping details for this.
• We send order, shipping and subscription emails (order and renewal confirmations, tracking, sign-in codes, renewal reminders, cancellation and plan change confirmations), and the luvarelle news you sign up for, through our email provider Resend. For this Resend receives your email address, your name, your shipping address and what you ordered. When you sign in on the Manage subscription page, we set a cookie (__Host-luv_manage, 30 days) that keeps you signed in on this browser; “Sign out” removes it.
• We use the Meta pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure our ads. Contact details sent to Meta are hashed (SHA-256) first; your IP address and browser type are sent as they are, because Meta requires them in that form. A random visitor ID (luv_xid, stored in your browser for 1 year) links the events of one browser.
• You can switch off measurement for this browser: we then stop loading the Meta pixel and stop sending events about your visit and your order to Meta, also from pages you already have open. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, measurement is already off. Turn off measurement
• Do Not Track: there is no common standard for the “Do Not Track” browser setting, so we don't respond to it. We do honor the Global Privacy Control signal as described above.
• Changes to this policy: we post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we also email you before it applies.

On this website

• This website uses the same Meta pixel and Meta Conversions API measurement as our checkout, with the same visitor ID. The switch above turns it off for this website and the checkout in this browser.
• We keep where you came from (for example the ad you clicked) in your browser for 90 days (luv_attr) and pass it on to the checkout, so we know which ads lead to orders.
• If you sign up for emails at the bottom of a page, we email you once to confirm the address. Only after you click the link do we send you luvarelle news; an unconfirmed sign-up is deleted after 30 days. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, or email us and we delete your address.
