Shipping policy

• We ship to the US, Australia and Canada. You pay in the currency of the country we ship to.
• Shipping is free on every subscription delivery (Subscribe & Save).
• United States: one-time orders pay a flat $5.95 for shipping per order, whether you order 1, 3 or 6 packs. Prices don't include sales tax: we add it at checkout where we are registered to collect it. We ship to addresses in the 50 US states and Washington, DC. We can't ship to US territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at the moment. Orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive 5–10 business days after you order.
• Australia: one-time orders pay a flat A$9.95 for shipping per order, whether you order 1, 3 or 6 packs. Prices include GST where we are registered to collect it. Orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive 7–14 business days after you order.
• Canada: one-time orders pay a flat C$8.95 for shipping per order, whether you order 1, 3 or 6 packs. Prices don't include GST/HST: we add it at checkout where we are registered to collect it. Orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive 6–12 business days after you order. Canada Post or the courier may charge import GST/HST and a handling fee on delivery.
• When your order ships, you get an email with the tracking number. If it can't ship within 3 business days, we email you a new date, and you can cancel for a full refund.
• If your order has not arrived after 10 business days (or after the longer delivery time for your country above), or tracking shows a problem, email support@luvarelle.co and we will look into it.
