Cancellation policy

These terms apply when you choose a subscription (Subscribe & Save) for luvarelle Clean Face Towels. The product page and the checkout, or the offer page after checkout, show your plan, its price and how often it renews before you pay. By placing your order with a subscription, or by accepting a subscription offer after checkout, you agree to these terms.

We run subscriptions with Recharge, our subscription service. You manage your subscription on your subscription page, which Recharge runs for us.

Plans and prices

You pay in the currency of the country we ship to. In the United States:

  • 1 pack every 7 weeks: $30.00 per delivery ($30.00 per pack)
  • 3 packs every 5 months: $60.75 per delivery ($20.25 per pack)
  • 6 packs every 10 months: $108.00 per delivery ($18.00 per pack)

Prices are in US dollars and don't include sales tax, which we add at checkout and to each renewal where we are registered to collect it (based on your shipping address). Shipping within the US is free.

In our other countries, the product page and the checkout show the price per delivery in your currency before you pay. The plans are the same: 1 pack every 7 weeks at the one-pack price, 3 packs every 5 months at 32.5% off and 6 packs every 10 months at 40% off the one-pack price.

  • Australia: prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where we are registered to collect it.
  • Canada: prices are in Canadian dollars and don't include GST/HST, which we add at checkout and to each renewal where we are registered to collect it (based on your shipping address).
  • Shipping is free on every subscription delivery in these countries too.

Automatic renewal

  • You pay for your first delivery when you place your order.
  • After that, your subscription renews automatically. On each charge date we charge the price of your plan, plus tax where we add it, to the payment method you used at checkout (or the one you change it to on your subscription page). Shopify keeps your payment method on file for this.
  • For example, on the 3-pack plan in the US you pay $60.75 today and then $60.75 every 5 months, plus sales tax where it applies.
  • Your subscription keeps renewing until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
  • Your subscription page shows your next charge date.

Every charge is a new order

Each charge creates a new order. You get an order confirmation email for it, and it arrives within the delivery time for your country in our shipping policy.

Skip, pause, change or cancel

  • Online: open your subscription page with the Manage subscription button in any of our subscription emails, or sign in to your account with the email address you ordered with and choose Subscriptions. There you can skip your next delivery or move it to another date, switch between 1, 3 and 6 packs, update your payment method or shipping address, or cancel. You never have to call or email us to cancel.
  • Pause: to pause for 1, 2 or 3 months, choose Cancel on your subscription page. The next step offers the pause, and you can still cancel there instead.
  • Switching packs: each pack size has its own plan: 1 pack every 7 weeks, 3 packs every 5 months, 6 packs every 10 months. When you switch, your delivery interval and your price change to the new plan. Your next charge date stays the same. From that date we charge the price of your new plan, at its delivery interval. Nothing is charged when you switch.
  • Reminder: 3 days before each renewal charge, we email you a reminder (sent through Recharge), so you can skip, pause or cancel in time.
  • By email: write to support@luvarelle.co from the email address you ordered with, and we will skip, pause or cancel for you.
  • Cancel before your next charge date to avoid being charged for the next delivery.
  • When you cancel, no further charges are made. Orders you already paid for still ship.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we email you and try the charge again. You can update your payment method on your subscription page; the email has a link to it. If the payment still fails after our last try, your subscription is canceled automatically. Nothing ships for a charge that did not go through.

Changes to these terms or prices

If we change the price or these terms for your subscription, we will email you before the change applies. You can cancel at any time before then.
