Privacy policy

Last updated October 6, 2026

This policy explains how we use your personal data when you visit our shop, place an order or subscribe. luvarelle is sold by Vantum Capital LLC, 1021 E Lincolnway, 9372, Cheyenne, WY 82001, US. Questions: support@luvarelle.co.

Your order

  • We use your name, email, phone (if you give one) and addresses to process, ship and support your order. Shopify and our fulfillment partner receive your shipping details for this.
  • Our shop runs on Shopify. Shopify hosts the shop and processes your order, your payment, your customer account and the emails about your order for us. See Shopify's privacy policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
  • Payments go through Shopify Payments. Card details are entered in Shopify's secure checkout and go straight to Shopify. We never see your full card number. If you pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay, that service also handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
  • If you choose a subscription, Shopify keeps your payment method on file so we can charge your renewals.
  • Subscriptions run on Recharge, our subscription service. Recharge receives your name, email, phone (if you give one), addresses and the details of your subscription orders. For us, it keeps your subscription and its schedule, starts each renewal charge through Shopify, runs your subscription page and sends your subscription emails. Recharge never receives your full card number. See Recharge's privacy policy at getrecharge.com/privacy-policy.

Emails

  • We send order and shipping emails (order confirmations and tracking) through Shopify, and subscription emails (renewal reminders and notices about your subscription) through Recharge.
  • If you sign up for luvarelle news, we email you only luvarelle news. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, or email us and we delete your address.

Ads and page analytics

  • We use the Meta pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure our ads. Contact details sent to Meta are hashed (SHA-256) first; your IP address and browser type are sent as they are, because Meta requires them in that form. A random visitor ID (luv_xid, stored in your browser for 1 year) links the events of one browser.
  • To know which ads lead to orders, we keep where you came from (for example the ad you clicked) in your browser for 90 days (luv_attr).
  • We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our pages (clicks, scrolling, page recordings), so we can make them easier to use. Clarity masks what you type into forms. Microsoft processes this data for us; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement at privacy.microsoft.com.
  • Shopify uses cookies to run the cart, the checkout and your account, and to count visits for our shop statistics.
  • Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends this signal, our shop pages don't load the Meta pixel or Microsoft Clarity and send no events about your visit to Meta.
  • Do Not Track: there is no common standard for the “Do Not Track” browser setting, so we don't respond to it. We do honor the Global Privacy Control signal as described above.

Your rights

  • Your data: you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email support@luvarelle.co from the address you ordered with. We answer within 30 days.
  • Australia: we handle your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. You can ask for access or a correction and complain to us. If our answer doesn’t settle it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
  • Canada: under PIPEDA you can access and correct your personal information and withdraw your consent, for example to measurement or emails. If our answer doesn’t settle a concern, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).
  • Our service providers Shopify (shop, checkout, payments and emails), Recharge (subscriptions and subscription emails), Meta (ad measurement) and Microsoft (page analytics), and our fulfillment partner may store or use your data outside your country, for example in the United States.

We post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we also email you before it applies.
